Some of the JWLABS machines have always retailed right around the price of gold, throughout its history. But, it is assumed that this has been purely coincidental. The observation is what led to the idea. After looking at gold prices and comparing them with best selling machine prices, there was rarely a variance of more than 10%.

Machine prices are normally only set by the actual cost of the hardware and product services, and this has more or less kept up with inflation over the years. Gold prices are going up, and the dollar is going down. This trend will probably continue. If it does, it seems like there are folks out there who would trade a machine for an ounce of gold??? 

Today, if you were to simply buy 20 units at the wholesale price, it would come to $21,750. Delivery subject to availability, would be immediate from inventory. Levels vary seasonally. If out of stock, delivery would be in about 6 to 12 weeks. First come, first served. 

One contract is 200 units, and at today's prices, (October 19, 2009) the total retail contract value is $290,000. JWLABS is routinely taking delivery on contracts of 200 units.

A 10% position in one of those contracts, (20 units) including a wholesale discount of 25% would cost $29,000. 
A position taken now would guarantee complete delivery in late January. If prices go up 20 percent in that time, the value of each of your machines has gone from $1450 to $1740, for a profit of $5,800 on your volume order of twenty units. 

We can take bank wires, but it is usually easier to simply pay by check, and we would lock it in at the market close price the day you call it in, or the next transaction day. So long as your check arrives in 3 working days, we will hold the contract for you at that price.

The production capacity right now is still under-used so there's room for a lot of contracts. Capacity does vary seasonally, and can be reduced or increased by market fluctuation.

Of course the Rife Exchange is not really an exchange, it is just a way to market machines in volume, and possibly improve profitability for resellers.

Although it would be possible to do shorter or longer contracts, 6 month contracts are, we believe, the safest. 
Three months would occasionally be too little lead time, and fulfillment could be late. All contracts can easily be filled in 6 months, and most will break early, so there's no real need for a 12 month contract.
