Model A-3.1 is the same hardware as Tactio®, but the company won't let you use the trademark without a territorial license.
With the Library DVD. All the sessions are pre-recorded directly from the Model B-27, fully manual instrument.
Although you can use it with almost any disc player, the DVD requires a PC or laptop. However, you can make any routine you like by using the formula section of the DVD, and burn your own for use with a CD disc player. Most any MP3 player, or whatever will work; but some of the older model players may require a mini-plug adapter.

The purchase agreement covers the 2000 machines until they are deivered (6-12 weeks).
RMAs may account for about 5%, which are repaired, re-tested and returned as time allows.
Wright Laboratories provides customer service to all holders of their equipment, whether the person is a registered customer or not. However, distributors are expected to train their dealers adequately for customers to easily get started.
